Waitlists

Create, find, and open waitlists in your workspace.

All work starts at /waitlists. This list is workspace-scoped: you only see waitlists your workspace role can view.

Create a waitlist

Open New waitlist

From /waitlists, choose New waitlist. Anyone with campaign edit access can start a draft.

Name and describe it

Add a name, an optional description shown in the list, and an optional public slug. The slug becomes the hosted /w/your-slug path after publication.

Pick a starter template

Choose from SaaS, mobile, AI, community, consumer, newsletter, or blank. The template seeds the first draft revision.

Start as a private draft

The new waitlist opens on its Overview as Draft. See Publishing to go live.

Slugs must stay unique

If your slug is taken, pick another one before publishing. Renaming later changes the hosted URL visitors use.

Find a waitlist

The list supports all four controls at once:

  • Search by name with instant results and a polite result count.
  • Status tabs: all, draft, published, paused.
  • Sort by name, subscriber count, or last update.
  • Pagination at 25 per page with Previous and Next.

If nothing matches, use the empty-state action to clear the search or switch status. If the table cannot load, it tells you the workspace is safe and offers a retry.

The table shows name, visitors (distinct browsers), subscribers, conversion (signups divided by visitors), and last update. Select a name to open that waitlist.

Open the six sections

Every waitlist ID opens the same context navigation:

TabRouteWho needs what
Overview/waitlists/[id]View access. Lifecycle, facts, readiness, rehearsal.
Page/waitlists/[id]/editEdit access to change; owner/admin to publish.
Subscribers/waitlists/[id]/subscribersView audience to read; owner/admin to manage.
Analytics/waitlists/[id]/analyticsView access. 7/30/90-day trends.
Emails/waitlists/[id]/emailsOwner/admin only. Templates, broadcasts, automations.
Waitlist settings/waitlists/[id]/settingsReferrals for editors; domains, webhooks, delete for owners/admins.

If you do not have email permission, the Emails tab is hidden. If you open another tenant's ID directly, you get a 404. Signed-out protected routes redirect to sign-in.
