Subscribers
Search, filter, review referrals, and export your audience.
The Subscribers tab at /waitlists/[id]/subscribers requires audience view access. Owners and admins can additionally manage and delete.
Search and filter
- Search by email (up to 120 characters). The list announces result counts politely.
- Status filters: all, verified, needs confirmation. Subscriber counts update with the filter.
- Pagination with
Showing X–Y of Zand retry on load failure. - Clear filters returns to the full audience when search or status yields nothing.
If the audience is empty, the tab points you to publish and share the page first.
Inspect a subscriber
Select a row to see email, verification state, signup date, location (city/country when available), referral counts, and marketing consent state. The detail never exposes API secrets or other workspaces' data.
Verification links expire 24 hours after sending. Unconfirmed subscribers stay in Needs confirmation and never receive broadcasts or automations. See Signup and verification.
Review referrals
Switch the view to Referral review when sharing is enabled:
- Lists the latest 50 non-
CLEARreferrals with inviter, invitee, reason, and resolution. - Approve eligible verified pairs or keep suspicious ones under review.
- Only
CLEARandAPPROVEDreferrals count toward milestones, queue position, and analytics. - If the review query fails, the table tells you and offers a retry without losing the audience list.
Unsubscribe and suppression
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops broadcasts and automations for that subscriber but keeps the signup record. Unsubscribed and workspace-suppressed addresses are excluded from recipient previews and checked again right before delivery.
Verification does not mean marketing consent
Broadcasts and automations require both a verified email and explicit marketing opt-in. Consent is rechecked at send time.
Export your audience
Filter first
Set search and status to the slice you want. Export respects the current filter.
Choose Export CSV
Select Export CSV in the Subscribers toolbar. Large audiences stream as a file download.
Keep secrets out
The CSV has one row per subscriber with email, verification status, and signup date. It never includes API secrets.
